Token Factory is organized into workspaces — each maps to your organization and carries its own models, API keys, quotas, billing, and Observability. Getting started is two steps: get access to a workspace, then sign in.
#Get access
Access is granted per organization — you get into a workspace before anything else.
- Request access
New to Token Factory? Contact Omniva to request access for your organization. During Early Access, onboarding is handled by the Omniva team.
- Get onboarded
Once your organization is onboarded you receive access to the Token Factory console and a workspace. Your administrator can also invite teammates by email.
- Open sign-in
Go to the sign-in page.
- Enter your workspace ID or alias
Enter the workspace identifier your administrator shared — either the canonical
ws_…id or your workspace alias (for exampleacme-corp). - Finish with your provider
We match the workspace and send you to its sign-in page. You complete sign-in with your workspace's own identity provider — enterprise SSO, or username and password. Token Factory never handles that credential directly.
ws_… (canonical) or your workspace alias.
Shared by your workspace administrator, or in your invitation email.
Your workspace's own provider — SSO or username / password.
Request access from Omniva.
#Joining by invitation
If an administrator invited you, you'll receive an email with a sign-in link scoped to your organization. Open it, complete sign-in with your provider, and you'll land in the workspace fully set up — no workspace ID to type.
Your workspace context is established automatically on first load. If the Playground or an API call briefly reports missing workspace context immediately after you accept an invite, reload the page once and it will resolve.
#Can't sign in?
- You don't know your workspace ID — ask your workspace administrator, or check your invitation email.
- "Workspace not found" — confirm the spelling with your admin; it may be a
ws_…id or a short alias. - You reach your provider but can't authenticate — that's handled by your organization's identity provider; ask your admin to confirm your account is enabled.
- No access yet — contact Omniva at [email protected].
